My Favorite Things Guest - Fresh Cut Blooms...

Good morning! I have a card today using a set from My Favorite Things recent release called Fresh Cut Blooms. It's a gorgeous large-scale outline bloom image that's fun to color. I pulled out my Pastel Dreams watercolor palette and had fun brining it to life.

When I was finished watercoloring that pretty flower, I sponged some Cracked Pistachio Oxide inks around the outer edges of my panel. I also stamped the Fresh Cut Blooms image around the edges using the same ink color. 

I added some gold splatters, and finished it off with a sentiment from another newly released set called Anything But Basic Encouragement. I stamped it onto a strip of cardstock with black ink, then again onto a strip of vellum, which I head embossed with white. Then I layered the two to create a shadowed effect.
