MFT & Friends March Release

Good morning!  The nice folks at My Favorite Things invited me to play along with their March release today! Visit the MFT blog for more details and to see more of their latest release.

For today's card I'm using their new Lucky Duck set. How cute is this set? :-) I posted this fun little peek on Instagram last week...

And here's the card I created with that cutie...

I used the Pastel Dreams Watercolor Confections palette by Prima to watercolor the ducks, trees, and clouds in bright colors.

To create the card, I diecut a panel of white cardstock using the new Rainy Circle die, and layered that over a card base using foam tape so I would have a nice spot for building my scene. I sponged some green and blue inks both inside the circle and on the top and bottom of the outer panel. I finished it off by stamping the cute sentiment from the Just Ducky set.

I had so much fun playing with these fun products! I'll have a few more projects using the latest MFT release a little later this month, as I'm doing a little guest designing for them, so stay tuned for that!
