Papertrey Ink January Countdown Day 3: Sentiment Staples: Just a Note, Bold Borders: Arabesque...
January 12, 2019
It's Day 3 already of the January Papertrey Ink countdown! The projects have been so fun and colorful this month, don't you think? Just what we need around here...it's cold! (but the sun is shining, thankfully!)
I just have one card for you today, and it's using a few new products coming your way this month! I'm using the latest addition to the Sentiment Staples line-up, this one is filled with Just a Note sentiments, perfect for so many occasions (and non-occasions!). I'm also using this month's Bold Borders die, which has a pretty Arabesque pattern. I've loved this series and I'm sad this is the last one! Lizzie did an amazing job designing them.
These new products can be seen in full here on the Papertrey Ink blog, and they'll be available for purchase beginning at 10pm ET on January 15th, only from the Papertrey Ink store.
Here's my one card for today...bright and cheery and bursting with color!
I cut the Bold Borders: Arabesque die from white cardstock and layered it over a card base that was sponged with Amethyst Allure and Candied Apple Distress Oxide ink. I sponged ink onto another smaller panel using Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide and layered it over the BB frame to give it a different look.
The sentiment was heat embossed with white, and I added a basket full of flowers from the new Let's Fiesta set. The strip under the sentiment was embellished just a bit by diecutting the stitched border from the new Shape Shifters: Square die set.

We'll see you back here tomorrow for some fun projects I'm excited to show you!
