Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready to tackle another week.
I'm here with more projects using Papertrey Ink's June release products. Today's featured products are Cutaway Tags: Summer stamps and die, Garden Party, and the Petal Box dies.
My first project uses the Cutaway Tags: Summer set.
I started with a simple white card base and the Cutaway Tag cut from white cardstock. I positioned the tag on my card front and lightly traced around it with a pencil. I set the tag aside and used the pencil guide to stamp the flowers and leaves from the Cutaway Tags: Summer stamp set.
I stamped the dotted border from the set onto the tag, as well as the birthday sentiment from the set. I erased my pencil marks before adhering the tag with some foam tape.
I started by stenciling the rectangle using the stencil from the Herb Garden kit, then layered a whole stack of flowers using the Garden Party stamps and dies.
I added a humming bird from Humming Along and a sentiment from the Keep it Simple: Happy Mail set.
The matching gift box was made using the Petal Box dies. The box was cut from Stormy Sea cardstock. I added a panel of white cardstock to the front, sponged with yellow and gold inks and stamped with a sentiment from the Keep it Simple: Gift for You stamp set.
I embellished the top with a bunch of the smaller flowers from the Garden Party set.
Thanks so much for stopping by - see you tomorrow for one last day of post-release projects!
