More March Release: Courage & Kindness

All of the new March stamps and dies went live in the Papertrey Ink store last night! I hope you had a chance to add a few things to your cart! In case you didn't notice, we revamped our countdown/release format. Lots of fun changes! One of those changes means that you're going to be seeing a whole lot more projects post-release, which I'm so excited about! I always hate feeling like my blog goes dark after the 15th...just not enough time to create more projects, but with this new format we'll all be sharing more post-release projects.
These post-release posts will be short and sweet - just a project or two.
Today's card uses Heather's new Courage & Kindness set, paired with my new Beautiful Berries: Spring set and my Woodgrain metal stencil. I started with a panel of kraft cardstock and used the Woodgrain stencil with some embossing paste to create a really fun, dimensional background.
Once that was dry I added two of the large berry clusters from the Beautiful Berries: Spring set along with the flower cluster from the Courage & Kindness et. The sentiment, also from Courage & Kindness, was stamped onto the stitched banner from the Tag Sale: Quilted die set. I added a Life is Beautiful butterfly diecut.
Here's another shot of the fun dimension of the embossing paste done with the stencil. Love how the metal stencil works for this!
