More March Release: Carrot Treat Box, So Sweet, and Cutaway Tags: Spring

Today I have a few more fun projects using the new Papertrey Ink March stamps and dies!

First I have a project using the new Carrot Treat Box dies.  This is such a fun set - so many options besides turning it into a carrot (which is totally cute!) for more year-round applications.  I thought it might be really fun to pair it with the bouquet from the Bloom & Grow kit to create some posie treat containers.  The bouquet is the perfect size to use as a topper!  I was pretty excited when I figured this out.

Before assembling the Carrot Boxes, I used a craft knife to cut a slit into the front flap where it folds to close the top of the box.  Then I could slip the tab at the base of the flower bouquet into the slit.  The bouquets I used here were diecut from the patterned papers from the Bloom & Grow kit.

I filled the boxes with candy and tied them shut with some saddle stitch ribbon.  I attached tags by tying some twine through the slit in the bouquet diecuts just below the leaves.  The tags were cut using one of the tag dies from the Carrot Treat Box die collection.  I sponged them with a bit of ink and stamped the sentiment using the So Sweet stamp set.  These would be SO adorable on a spring table, as party favors, or even Easter treats.

Next I have a quick and easy card using Lizzie's new Cutaway Tags: Spring set.  I started with a panel of white cardstock and embossed and stenciled it with the new Woodgrain metal stencil.

I cut the Cutaway Spring tag die from white cardstock and stamped it with the dotted border and sentiments from the Cutaway Tags: Spring stamp set.
