Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2010
February 13, 2017
Good morning! We continue to work our way through Papertrey Ink's 10 year history with a 10 day blog hop! Today we're in the year 2010! It was a great year, with lots of great sets released, so it was hard to choose which set I wanted to work with today, but I finally settled on Wreath for All Seasons. This is another one of those classic sets that can be used for so many different occasions and holidays.
I created a sweet and simple card. I stamped the twig wreath twice using Dark Chocolate ink, to make it appear nice and full. I stamped several of the tiny flowers from the set around the twigs. I also added some small diecut flower clusters, which were made with the Color Pops: Butterflies set.
The sentiment is also from the Wreath for All Seasons set. The wreath and sentiment were both stamped on a Double-Ups Rectangles diecut. I layered it over a panel of woodgrain paper and a Lilac Grace card base.
Now that I have showcased how this product from the past has remained a classic, it's your turn to share your ideas for the future! Stop by Nichole's blog to share a new project you make with this product, or just share a creation that is somehow inspired by what I made today.
