Go-to Gal Designer Challenge: Hazel & Ruby...

The Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Go-to Gals are here today for a little blog hop. Just for fun, we challenge eachother each month to create a project featuring products from a certain company.  This month we're pleased to feature Hazel & Ruby!  Hazel & Ruby is kind of a new kid on the block, but they have some fresh and fun products.  Let me show you what I made today using a few of their unique items!

Today I used their Pic Pockets (adorable little clear pockets)...

H&R Picpockets

And some of their Fat Roll washi tape...

H&Rwashi

To make some little pocket cards...

I diecut some dainty flowers and leaes and inserted them into the pockets.  I also added a few sequins in the bottom of each pocket.

I was going to attach them to a card base, but I kind of liked the way they looked on their own and decided to just leave them that way.  They will tuck in an envelope just like this.  I stitched a little stamped sentiment tab along the side of each.

Speaking of envelopes, did you notice how snazzy they look with a strip of the Hazel & Ruby Fat Roll washi?  I love this stuff...such a quick and easy way to dress up just about anything.

That's all from me today...just a quick and easy project using these cute things from Hazel & Ruby.  Want to see more H&R (their website is super cute, so check that out too!)?  Be sure to hop around to the other Go-to Gas to see what they've created for you today...
