Go-to Gal Designer Challenge - WRMK...
November 27, 2013
Happy Wednesday! Last Wednesday of the month = Go-to Gal challenge time...where the Go-to Gals from Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking magazine get together and challenge each other to create a project using products from a specific manufacturer. This month we are featuring We R Memory Keepers. We had the privilege of touring their facility when we were in Utah last spring for our annual editorial board meeting. Such nice people there, not to mention some really great products!
For today's challenge I decided to pull out their 6x6 pad of adhesive washi sheets...yes, sheets! Washi is fun on a roll, but it's even more fun by the sheet. :-) You can cut it, punch it, diecut it, whatever your heart desires.
For the diecut "happy" word I trimmed it into 1/2" strips and adhered them to a piece of white cardstock, then diecut the word. For the colorful strip along the side I diecut the washi sheet itself and adhered it, layering the diecut pieces. They are semi-sheer and look pretty sweet layered over each other.
Thanks for stopping by to check out my project for our Go-to Gal challenge this month! Now go check out my fellow Go-to Gals to see what they've created using WRMK goodies...
P.S. I have some fun news today that you can read about HERE. So happy to be joining the Paper Smooches crew! More on that tomorrow!
