Halloween Inspiration...

Welcome to the first group post day of the Papertrey Ink August release!  Today the team is providing you with a ton of Halloween inspiration!  Each of has created a card, a tag, and a treat wrap using three new sets being release this month.  Read on to see my projects and learn more about each set!  All of these new products will be available for purchase on the Papertrey Ink website beginning at 10pm Eastern on Augst 15th.

First off, I'll share my card.  I created this card with a new set called Mr. Bones.  Who ever thought skeletons could be cute?  But these little guys are adorable.  There are also coordinating dies for this set.

I used the Take Three die to cut the windows on the front of my card.  I had so much fun arranging these little guys in the windows.  They just have so much personality, don't they?  They kind of make me smile.  I also incorporated some spiderweb diecuts using the new Spider Web Trio dies.  The sentiment is also from the new Mr. Bones set.  And notice the Pattern Pack papers?  Yup, we're getting Orange Zest and Royal Velvet this month...perfect for Halloween projects.

Next up is my treat wrap.  I used the Card Base-ics #2 die along with this cute little ghost from the new set called Happy Haunting.  The tabs are the perfect size to hold a package of fun dip.  Do you kids love this stuff too?  Nothing like taking a stick of sugar and dipping it in more sugar.  :-)

I love the Card Base-ics dies and how there are so many different uses for them!  This was quick and easy to put together, just the kind of thing I like when it comes to kids treats.  I stamped the Royal Velevet cardstock with the new Background Basics: Herringbone set.

And lastly is my tag using Tremendous Treats: Halloween.  This set completes the Tremendous versions of the Tiny Treats sets.  I used the cute spider on my tag.  The web was cute from vellum using the new Spider Web Trio dies.

I incorporated the number "31" using the number stamps from Birthdays by the Numbers.  The trick or treat sentiment is from the new Tremendous Treats set.

Well, that's all from me today!  I hope your Monday is off to a great start!  Be sure to click around to the other DT gals to see what they've created with these new Halloween sets!
