Fall Color Inspiration....
September 07, 2011
It's my turn to blog over on the Paper Crafts Connection blog today! My post today is all about the colors of fall and how color inspiration for our paper crafting can be found just about everywhere. Hop over to the PCC blog to check it out.
This is one of the photos I shared in today's post...
Here is a card I created that was inspired by the colors in this photo. Probably not a combo I would have come up with on my own, but I love it.
The pretty leafy background was stamped with Unity's Fall Splendor stamp set. I used a resin flower I created the other day (see this post and this post) and embellished it with some stamped leaves with I hand-cut. I also added some Larger Than Life diecuts that remind me of eucalyptus berries.
A complete supply list is linked in the thumbnails below.
Speaking of those little thumbnails I'm sure you've notice me using for the last few months...did you ever wonder how I do it? Well, I had a little secret but it's finally time to spill the beans. Let me introduce you to a new service: Link Manager by Inlinkz!
Link Manager is a tool where you can make a pool of all your supplies and then create lists of products just by dragging and dropping. It is such a time saver! Here is a short video by Kristina Werner that will walk you through the tool.
The Link Manager service is completely free right now, so you can go ahead and play around with and see what you think, BUT...you will need a coupon code to register. I'm here to help you with that. :-) You can use this code to get yourself an account: 31858977 . This code is good for free service until December.
Enjoy!
Supplies not linked: Stampin' Up! Sade Shadow and Really Rust inks (both retired), Pink Paislee grid paper from my scrap stash
