A Walk Down Memory Lane...
August 01, 2011
Good Monday morning to you. Have I mentioned recently how much I love Mondays? I think I have, but I just have to say it again! I love Mondays! I new week, a fresh start, a clean slate.
I've got something fun to share with you this morning...
(this is my second post for today...if you're here for the Papertrey Ink Sr. Team challenge, scroll down or click HERE)
I am a guest designer for the month of August over at A Walk Down Memory Lane.
AWDML is actually just a few blocks from my home. I am extremely lucky to have such a great store so close to me. I know many of you have nowhere to buy cool paper stuff and here I am in my little town and I have a store right here with an awesome selection of goodies! But you're lucky too, because they sell online...so you can pop over and check it all out for yourself. :-)
I have a project today using some of the guest designer goodies. I created some Thank You cards using the gorgeous new Blossom Stackers stamp set by Unity. This set is huge, let me tell you. It is a full 8 1/2 x 11" sheet of rubber and it's deliciously heavy when you pick it up. It just makes you want to stamp. And you know what? Unity Stamp Co. is one of the the featured manufacturers at AWDML for the month of August, which means you can pick up this set (or any other Unity goodies) at 25% off!
And here is one of my cards....
I stamped several of the images onto the Kraft background using white ink. It makes for a soft and pretty background. This stamp set coordinates with some of the Spellbinders dies, but the shapes are simple enough to cut on your own as well. The die across the top and bottom edges is from My Favorite Things. The patterned paper is from Cosmo's Odds & Ends. Warning. You're going to see a lot of that paper from me for awhile. :-)
I created two more cards using the new Blossom Stackers stamp set...hop on over to the AWDML blog to check them out!
All supplies used today are linked in the thumbnails below...just click for a better look!
I also had some time this morning to list some recent creations in my Etsy Shop. Scroll down to the end of this post to see peeks...click on the thumbnails to take you directly to the listings.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
