Vintage Challenge Winner and a Cricut Kit update...

Hey everyone!  I've just finished looking through all of the entries for the Vintage Findings challenge....oh what delicious creations you all have put together.  I feel honored that you would share them here with me!

It was tough to decide, but for the winner, I'm going to go with Kimberly's Howdy card...

Vintage challenge winner

How sweet is that?  I love the image she used...and I think I really love it because it's probably something I would've passed over thinking it would be way too hard to incorporate into a card.  But, look what she did with it!  Her paper choices were perfect and I love the banner sentiment.  And the twine.  It all works together so well!  What a fun card this would be for a boy's birthday!

So, Kimberly...e-mail me using the link on the left and I will get a packet of vintage goods sent your way!

In other news....many of you are excited about the new Cricut kits that I am putting together...and that makes me excited!  I gave you a sneak peek the other day, well here is a shot of all of the cards you will be able to create with this first kit....

The first kit is now up on the A Walk Down Memory Lane site HERE.  You can purchase it now, but please note that it will not ship until the end of the week.  She is waiting on one of the papers and expects it any day.

Also, many of you expressed that you would be interested in purchasing the instructions without the papers, etc.  We have heard you loud and clear and decided to make just the instructions available for purchase as well.  You can purchase those HERE.  Once you go through check out, a pdf file with the instructions will be sent to you.  It will also include a complete supply list.  Please allow 24 hours for her to get your e-mail sent out, 48 on the weekends when the store is closed.  Also note that this file is not to be shared with anyone, posted on any boards, etc., etc.  It is for personal use only and is not to be used to teach classes, etc.

One more thing I feel I should mention about purchasing just the download....the instructions are detailed, but they are also specific to the products I used.  Without the same papers, you will need to do some creative substituting...but I'm sure you're all up for the challenge! :-)

Well, that's all for today....sorry, no new project for you!  I've been working on some upcoming projects for Paper Crafts as well as gearing up for the next Papertrey release!  You are all going to LOVE it...trust me!  I hope to be back soon with a few new projects and I am promising to have a Vintage Findings Friday post this week!

Later!
