Snow covered strawberries...
The positive and the negative...

Thankful for you....

It's such a beautiful season of thanksgiving, isn't it?  Today I am thankful for you, my friends....for stopping by to read my little blog.  Your comments make my day and I am so thankful for all of you and your encouraging words!  I get such joy from sharing with all of you....inspiring, and even more importantly, being inspired!  Thank you for sharing a bit of your lives with me through the blog world.

I know it's been a seems to be kicking me in the hiney lately.  I had a quiet spell assignment wise, so I decided it was time to clean some cupboards, scrub some walls....that sort of boring thing.  I haven't gotten nearly everything done that I want, but I'm working on it bit by bit.  Gotta take some breaks to play with my paper and stamps, ya know.

Here is a card I did for this week's CPS.  Our sponsor was DRS Designs.  I chose to work with this adorable ice skate image...I've decided I must have a thing for ice 'em!  Maybe they bring me back to my childhood when we used to spend hours ice skating at the pond across the road from our house.

So, are you going to find time to paper craft over the long weekend?  Or are you going to be too busy eating and shopping?  No shopping for me....can't stand the crowds...I turn into one cranky mama.  If you have time to craft and are up for a challenge, there's lots going on right now...

Cath over at Moxie Fab World has the Christmas in the Old Country challenge...which is so fun!  Here's a card I did for that very topic for the November/December Moxie Fab column...

Cath also has the latest Tuesday Trigger up and it's a great one!  That tree pillow is so inspiring and I'm hoping I can find some time this weekend to play along!

Jessica has a super fun 10 minute scrap challenge that she posted on the Paper Crafts Connection blog.

And if you're looking for something to do today (take a break from that turkey!), you can whip up a quick tag or wrap and play along with the Papertrey Blog Hop tonight!  Details can be found here.

Oh, and one more thing!  Did you know that all of the classes for the 2010 Creating Keepsakes Conventions are up on their site!  Exciting stuff.  The Go-to Gals have been working on a few classes, and there are just tons and tons of great looking classes to choose from!  If you're interested in learning some new techniques, playing with some new tools and that sort of thing, check out the class list and the locations -- there may be a CKC coming to a city near you in 2010!

Well, I better head off to my work table, 'cuz I'm hoping to get a few things done, including something for the blog hop tonight!  We'll see if I can manage that!  :-)
