In Bloom...
A little cabin in the mountains....

Thank you...

Thank you so much, all of you, for your warm congrats and words of encouragement on the Paper Crafts announcement!  I was truly overwhelmed with gratitude for your kind words.  Truth be told, I was feeling a bit exposed....normally I prefer to sort of blend into the background, so this was a big step...had my tummy wrapped up in knots for a long time!!  Whew!  And for those of you who asked, I'm not leaving Papertrey or Provo Craft (yay!).  I plan to stay until they tell me not to let the door hit me on the way out!  hee!  The Go-to-Gal position doesn't affect my working for munufacturers, but from now on the only place you'll see me in print is in Paper Crafts.  And I'm excited about that.  :-)

One other note before I share a card...I've had lots of you ask lately about my bows.  I'm sorry to say, I have no deep dark secret to share with you on how to tie them the way I do!  I wish I did....and if I did, I would spill it!  :-)  What I can tell you is that I first take a strip of ribbon the width of my card, and then I actually tie a bow around that with another length of ribbon.  This is a lot easier than trying to tie two pieces into a bow.  It also allows me to move the bow along the length of the ribbon to get it in the spot I want it.  I also do this even if I'm just tying a knot instead of a bow.  I hope this might help a little!  But then again, I don't know, maybe everyone does it that way!  :-)

On to a card....another Papertrey card today.  A bold and bright take on Mod Squad.
