Two...

Two.  My little baby girl turned two this weekend.  I am determined that they are going to be terrific two's instead of the dreaded terrible two's.  I'll let you know how that goes.  :-)  I can't tell you about a birthday party without sharing a few pics of the birthday girl, can I? 

Here's her cake...don't laugh at my cake decorating skills...they're pretty much non-existant.  Hey, I'm a paper crafter, not a cake decorator.  :-)  My theory is usually frost it, then find something really large to stick on the top to distract from my bad frosting job.  The kids and I used my Cricut and the Sesame Street Font cartridge to cut Elmo.  Yes, an Elmo party....she's in love with the little red monster.  :-)  We folded over two of his fingers so he's holding up two...he's either announcing her age, or wishing everyone peace.  We aren't sure yet.  But kinda cute none-the-less. 

 

Here she is blowing out the candles...little cheeks puffed out and everything.  Let me tell you, she caught on QUICK to this birthday party stuff.  :-)  And hey, now that I'm looking at this picture a little closer, I'm thinking my bad-frosting-skills had some help....are those little finger prints on the side?  Um, yes.  I think so. 

 

And she was a total HAM.  She is such a fun-loving-silly-heart.  She stole her brother's cool gear and paraded around for while...got some good laughs from the G's (grandparents), so I'm sure she thought it was worth it.  :-)
