Sweet spot...

I caught this picture of Katie today while photographing a few projects...thumb in her mouth with her fist wrapped around her beloved blankie...not just any spot on her blankie though, the special little sweet spot where the hem is coming loose.  Almost fixed it a while back til we discovered it's her special little comfort spot.  :-)  I know, I know...the dental bills we'll have when she gets big.  Can't help it though...I was a thumb sucker and I just don't have the heart to make her quit just yet.  She just tickles me lately...she is such a fun, wild, giggly little ray of sunshine!  The naughtiness just kind of oozes out of her big blue eyes...

 

Speaking of sweet spots...I seem to be missing mine.  After all the busyness of the last few weeks I just can't seem to get back in the creative groove.  Not to mention I've got a nasty cold.  :-(  I was invited to go outlet shopping for a day with some friends and I'm hoping a day away will get me out of this little funk.
