Quick, make the bed...
March 23, 2009
It's one of those days when I know I need to get up and quickly make my bed before I'm tempted to crawl back under the covers. It's dark and rainy and the wind is howling. I usually love Mondays and feel well rested after the weekend, but despite my wonderful Sunday afternoon nap yesterday, I'm still draggin'. Too busy of a week last week.. too many late nights. We had a beautiful weekend, though. The weather was beyond gorgeous and we soaked up the sun for a bit on Saturday afternoon. They are predicting storms for today though, even talking about the possibility of some tornadoes. I'm just hoping my Jonathan makes it through school ok. He's terribly afraid of bad weather and I could tell he was on edge this morning. I'm praying he makes it through the day ok, no reoccurances of the episodes we had last spring. We had a tornado pass right by our house and after that he wanted to come home from school every time he saw a puffy cloud in the sky. It was scary for him. So here's hoping that a year has given him a chance to over come those fears a bit.
I have a springy card here for you today before I dig into preparing for a class I have coming up this week at A Walk Down Memory Lane. I used the new PTI Wishing You set. Just gotta love those pretty tulips.

Oh, and a little reminder before I go....I have now turned off my Feedblitz sevice, so if you still wish to get e-mail updates when I post, you'll have to sign up on the left using Feedburner. Thanks!!
I'm off to grab some caffeine and see if I can accomplish something today. Happy Monday!
