Mom, I thought she'd be...

I mentioned in a post a few days ago that I was going to play around with some stamps that I received in the mail and I have some project ready for you to take a peek at!  These stamps are HUGE.  They are the new Scrapblocks by Cornish Heritage Farms and they are a great big, giant, 6x6 piece of rubber.  Awesome for creating backgrounds and I just love the patterns that they come in.  You'll definitely need to check them out.  :-)

Out for pub-2 My first project is a card using the Houndstooth Scrapblock and some yummy Basic Grey.  I stamped the same design on the inside of the card, masking off where I wanted to stamp the label.

Out for pub-2 Next is a fun teacher card using the Writing Lines stamp and the Pin Dot stamp.  I cut the file folder card using my Fabulous Finds Crict cart.  The papers are Basic Grey, ribbon and monogram from Cosmo Cricket, stickers by Jenni Bowlin, flower by Making Memories and pin by Fancy Pants.

Summertime Card And here's a simple little summer card where I stamped the Houndstooth design onto some KI Lace Cardstock.  I added a Scenic Route label, American Crafts rub-ons and these adorable apple stickers by K&Company.  The striped ribbon is from Michaels.

My Printing Book And lastly I have a fun little project using the Writing Paper Scrapblock.  I stamped the image onto a clear album cover by Pageframe Designs using StazOn ink.  I them stamped the lines on every page to make a fun and colorful printing practice book.  I'm wondering just how long it's going to take my daughter to spy this and call it her own.  :-)

Well, phew!  I think that's all for this evening.  Looks like we're in for some rain tonight, so our nightly bike ride is probably off for tonight.  Time to settle in and watch a movie or maybe do something creative.  Thanks for stopping by!
