there's just something about digging in the dirt that's good for the soul, isn't there? We had the most gorgeous day here yesterday and the girls and I spent the entire afternoon outside planting up our window boxes and some pots for our back deck. We had a blast picking them out and even more fun planting them. It just felt so good to be outside on a beautiful day! Sorry I've been horrible about posting! These last few weeks have really kicked me in the butt. Between class field trips, helping my mom in her tea room and being buried in QVC projects, my head is swimming! Hopefully next week will be a little calmer. :-)
I just have a couple little things to share with you today. This first layout was in the latest issue of CK (my first time having anything pub'd with them!) This uses some super fun paper from the Al Fresco line by Tinkering Ink. I cut out portions of the design with my exacto knife and popped them out with foam adhesive.
And next, is a frame that was in the Jun/Jul issue of Paper Crafts Magazine, using the Blur line by Tinkering Ink. Aren't those motorcycles fun for guy projects?!
Ok, I'm off to hopefully have a little fun creating for myself today. It's been a loooong time. :-) Thanks for stopping by!
