We're cruising right along thought the July Papertrey Ink countdown - it's Day #3 already! We have some adorable stuff today! A cute cat-themed set by Lizzie, called Kit n' Caboodle, some Sentiment Staples with a Thinking of You theme, and this month's Shape Shifter - another square! You can see all of these new products in detail HERE, and they'll be available for purchase beginning at 10pm ET on July 15th from Papertrey Ink's online store.
My first card today uses Lizzie's new Kit n' Caboodle set...how cute is this kitty!?!
There's a sentiment included in the set that says "all you need is love and a cat" - I split up the sentiment a bit to make it cover my whole card front by incorporating some letter dies and the kitty in place of the "o". The letters are from the Sew Stylish Alphabet die set. The rest of the sentiment was heat embossed with white powder onto an Aqua Mist card base.
The sentiment was framed with a dotted border, which was cut using the Mix & Mat: Flourishes die set. I stamped a bunch of little paw prints around the border too, which are found in the Kit n' Caboodle set. I added a little heart as well, cut using the Heart Prints dies.
Supplies not linked, but available on July 15th from Papertrey Ink: Kit n' Caboodle stamp set and matching dies
My next card uses the new Shape Shifter: Square 2 die along with a thinking of you sentiment from the new Sentiment Staples. I paired them with the pretty branches from the Beautiful Berries: Spring set.
I used just the inner geometric cuts and the dashed border from the new Shape Shifters: Square 2 set to cut the design from the front panel of my card. I lined the inside of the card with some orange cardstock so it would show through the cut-outs.

Next I have one more card using the new Fence Line Summer set that was introduced the other day. I wanted to create a more feminine, dreamy look, so I started with a panel of watercolor paper and added some pinks and blues using watercolor paint.
A pink seagull? Why not? You can make your world whatever color you want when you're stamping! I also snuck in a little lavender shell from the Salt Air Fauna set. The sentiment is from the Traveler's Journal: Adventure set.

We've made it through another day of the countdown! I hope you're enjoying all of the fun new goodies you've been seeing so far! We have even more fun things to come in the next two days, so I hope you'll stop by again tomorrow!
