Papertrey Ink Feature: Snowfall Style...
Introducing Flower Power and Window Works dies...

Introducing Quoted: Living Longer, Quatrefoil Stencils, and Tag Sale #11 Dies...

We've got more great items to show you today for the 3rd Day of the November Papertrey Ink countdown!  We have a good mix of things today...this month's Quoted stamp set, some Stencil Basics, and a new set of Tag Sale dies.

I also have a few more projects using some of my products that have already been introduced.

All of the items I mention as "new" in today's post will be available for purchase beginning at 10pm ET on November 15th from the Papertrey Ink website.

So first off is a project using the new Tag Sale 11 dies and the Quatrefoil stencils.

Betsy-Tag-Quatra1

I started off by creating a pretty background by sponging some blue and green inks over a panel of linen cardstock using one of the stencils in the Quatrefoil stencil collection.  I added a few splatters of ink as well, using reinkers and a wet brush.

For the pretty snowflake tag, I used the new Tag Sale #11 dies in combination with the plaid insert from the new Mix & Mat: Plaid dies.  I diecut a solid tag base from Pinefeather cardstock, then cut a second tag from Green Parakeet carsdtock, which I ran through again with the plaid insert.  I love how these worked together - unexpected, but perfect!  I layered one of the snowflakes from the new Snowfall Style dies, cut from Aqua Mist cardstock.  I added a few blue and green sequins for a bit of sparkle.

My next project uses the new Quoted: Living Longer set.  I thought this quote would be perfect to pair with the Second Helping of Sunshine set!

I diecut the scale and bowl from the Second Helping set, then filled the bowl to overflowing by stamping one of the small hearts found in the Quoted set.

The sentiment is split into a few separate pieces, which made it easy to arrange around the scale and bowl.  I used the Loop-de-Loop border die along the top for a fun touch.

Next I have a fun card using a couple of my other new products coming out this month - the Little Lift Me Ups and the Background Basics: Birch set.

Lift-Ups-bird1

I started by stamping a panel of white cardstock with the BB: Birch stamp, then I diecut the panel using the Cover Plate: Winter Woods die.  Before attaching it to my card base, I stenciled the sun rays using a new Sunburst stencil coming out this month.

The sentiment is from my new Little Lift Me Ups, and the bird is from the older Little Bitty Bird set, colored with Copic markers.  I think he looks happy, don't you?  :-)

My last card for today uses my new Mix & Mat: Plaid die collection combined with the older Cozy Christmas set.  I thought the woodsy look of the dies would make a great match for those cute thermoses.

I diecut the Mix & Mat: Plaid dies from both Pure Poppy and white cardstock.  I trimmed the center away from the white panel so that I could layer just the tree branch portion over the red base.  I used markers to add some color and shading to the plaid stripes, and a gray marker to add the birch detail to the branches.

The thermoses were stamped onto white cardstock diecuts.  I added a few sprigs around them using the Wonderland stamps and dies.  The sentiment is from Cozy Christmas, and was stamped onto the stitched banner from the Tag Sale: Quilted die set.  The kraft background was stamped with my new Background Basics: Birch stamp.
