What a bright and cheerful card and with so much dimension. Please share how you were able to punch out the circles? My punches will only reach in "so far" and that is it. How were the circles in the center punched out?

I'm such a fan of this collection and I adore the way you used it--Your idea for punching out the circles is amazing! I think it would be fun to find a way to use this idea on a scrapbook layout too! :)
