Hi Betsy! I absolutely love your creations! Always so clever and love your use of color combinations.
I'm trying to create a version of this Propose a Toast card for a wedding we're going to. When I made my champagne glasses, the circular spinning thing shows, but it doesn't look like it shows on your card...how did you do that?
