Two Feet Deep...

Welcome to the first group post for the Septbember Papertrey Ink countdown!  It's time to share some peeks of a brand new stamp set called Two Feet Deep.  It's a wonderful set filled with detailed images of winter gear like skis, snowshoes, and a beatiful sled.  There are coordinating dies as well. I snuck a few other new products in as well...a new die called the Double Bow, and a new snowflake die as well.  Read on to learn more.  These new products will all be available for purchase on the 15th of this month from the Papertrey ink website...just a few more short days!

I chose to work with the skis from the new Two Feet Deep set to create a card and a gift tag.

I diecut the skis from wood veneer, then stamped them with the coordinating image using Dark Chocolate ink.  They look pretty realistic!

I stamped some bransches from Peaceful Pinecones in the background.  The sentiment is from the new Two Feet Deep set, as is the small snowflake and greenery cluster around the sentiment.  The red berries are from the previously released Bells & Boughs set.  Along the bottom is a buffalo plaid I created from Pure Poppy cardstock and the plaid image from the Autmn Pattern Pieces set.  I thought it was the perfect finishing warm and cozy!

For my gift tag, I used the Shape Up Snowman die and coordinating stamp set.  The skis from Two Feet Deep are the perfect size for him to wrap one of his little arms around!  The big fluffy bow at the top of the bag was cut using the new Double Bow die.

I turned the snowman into a shaker as well by diecutting a circle from the bottom portion using the Limitless Layers 2 1/2" circle die.  I filled it with glitter.  In the background is a sentiment from Two Feet Deep as well as some diecut snowflakes, which I cut using the new Fancy Flakes dies.

Well, I hope you enjoyed this little peek into all of these great new products being released by Papertrey Ink this month.  If you'd like to see more, be sure to visit my fellow team members to see what they've created!
