Well, we have almost come to the end of the february release and anniversary festivities. sniff. Except for the shopping, that is! I know you all will have fun with that. All of the new goodies will go live on the Papertrey Ink website tonight, February 15th, at 10pm EST.
I have just a few more projects to share with you using the remaining new stamp sets. So let's get to it, shall we?
Up first is my favorite of the bunch, a cheery hello card that uses both the new Wonderful Words: Hello and Mini Blooms sets.
I love both of these sets...I love that Mini Blooms can be used for backgrounds as well as embellishments for pretty much anywhere you want to tuck those cute little blooms. I used the new Headline Alphabet dies on this card as well.
Up next I used Wonderful Words: Hello again, but this time I combined it with the Watercolor Wonder set.
The Watercolor set just screams to be stamped in rainbow colors, don't you think? :-)

Next is a card using Irresistably Ikat. There are so many different pattern building possibilities with this set. It's going to be a fun one to play around with for sure.
I went a little crazy with my color combo here! I was inspired by a pillow I saw on pinterest the other day.

And last, but not least is a card using the new My Mother, My Friend. Such a pretty, springy set.
I flipped the small leaf image over on my block and stamped with the backside. I used the same inks as the detailed leaf image, I just stamped off once before stamping it onto my cardstock. I think it made for a fun background!

Well, I think that wraps up my February release projects! It's been a fun 10 days with all of the anniversary posts and contests! I hope you had some time to play along, or at least visit some of the blogs and be inspired.

You are truly amazing! Using the back side of your stamp for the awesome background!! Also love your use of the negative space, and do enjoy all the colors in your pattern as inspired by a pillow!

Ahhh we have similar taste as your first hello card with the mini florals is my favorite too. I love that you tucked the circle into a corner of those flowers. Very cleaver! The colors as fantastic too.
