Be Grateful...

Hello Thursday!  Just popping in to share a card today.  

This is another sentiment card based on this week's Make it Monday.  I know...I'm addicted. Someone stop me.  :-)  

This one uses a sentiment stamp from the Inside & Out: Thank You set along with the "grateful" die from Counting My Blessings.  There are so many more stamp sets that can make use of these diecut words than just the sets they were designed to accompany.  Love that!  I just chose a sentiment that happened to have the word "grateful" in it and used the simple masking technique I demonstrated in the video to replace the stamped word with the diecut version.

 

The pretty patterned papers and stickers are from Basic Grey's new Lucille collection...so pretty for fall, or any time of year, really.

I feel the same way, it's hard to stop playing with this technique ... thanks again for sharing it! Great card, love that the patterned paper you used is still easy to read as a diecut word.

Oh my gosh, you make me want to do this over and over and over again. I have done the sticker thing before like you did in your Sweet Life card, and I've done these sorts of things in my layouts... but I guess it's the way you're doing it that just really inspires me. You always do, though!
