Just popping in to share the rest of my Papertrey Ink release projects with you! Tonight is the night you can begin purchasing all of the new goodies we've been showing over the past week!
I have four more projects that I haven't had up on the blog yet!
Let's start with Mega Gracious Vases. What's not to like about this simple, classy set? So many options! I was looking through my stamp collection and there were literally so many different floral images that would work to tuck in these vases! For my card today, I filled my vases with the floral bouquet from Back Pocket Basics and images from Life.
I stamped the vases in cool hues, stamping off onto scrap paper before stamping a few of them onto my card for a light and airy feel. I added stripes by using Distressed Stripes. Just a little simple masking with a post-it note. I didn't even fussy-cut the vases to do it, I just stuck the post-it along the edge of the vase and stamped away. The "thank you" sentiment is from the new Think Big Favorites #18.
Next up is a super simple boyish birthday card using the new Hot Rod stamp set and coordinating dies. How cute is that little plane?! I incorporated some cloud diecuts using the new Heart-2-Heart #6 die as well.
The "happy birthday to you" is from Signature Greetings II. I attached a diecut "2" onto a twirl of twine, which was cut using the new Modern Alphabet Numbers die. This could be done for any age!
Next I used the tree top from Floral Foliage to create a hip background.
The sentiment is from Framed Out #6 and is matted with an assortment of dies -- Framed Out #6 for the inner layer, the larger curvy frame is the inside of the Fabulous Frames die and it's matted with a Limitless Layers 2 1/4" Sqaure scallop diecut.
Lastly is a softer card using The Sweet Life that would be perfect for a wedding or anniversary. The sentiment is from Signature Greetings II.
The yellow roses were stamped with just two layers using Harvest Gold and Classic Kraft inks, while the darker roses use all three steps in Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose and Scarlet Jewel. I tucked in a butterfly from Beautiful Butterflies.
That's all for this month's release! I hope you enjoyed all of the projects and inspiration this week! Happy shopping!

My 12 year old son's first shave! Caught him in the mirror with shaving cream and a Trac Two razor with Dad laughing in the background. Just awesome! Thanks for the chance to win.

Betsy, love your cards. That stripe on the vases adds so much. Your last card is beautiful and I like that it is a flat card that can be easily mailed. I need more of those. My favorite is your birthday card. What a great idea to have the "2" hanging from the plane with twine.
