Welcome to day 5 of the Papertrey 4th Anniversary celebration! Tonight the design team is focusing on our favorite Papertrey color combos. Each designer is showcasing a project using their favorite Papertrey colors...Nichole is providing all of the combos in a handy download on her blog.
This was a toughie...I have so many favorite Papertrey combos. But...my mind did wander back to this card I created for the August release...
I just loved how the Hibiscus Burst and Harvest Gold softened the Scarlett Jewel. I decided to do a new card with this combo. I stuck with the same basic layout, but went for a more spring-like feel for a get well card.
I used the Larger than Life set and dies along with a sentiment from Healing Touch. I incorporated some of my resin roses (see THIS post for a how-to), tinted with Hibiscus Burst ink.
Thanks for stopping by! And don't forget to check out the other design team members' favorite combos...and the download on Nichole's blog!

Betsy, I LOVE the card you made for the August release. You definitely created a great color combo. I am interested in checking out your post on the resin roses but I could not get the link to work. Could you point me in the right direction?
