It's a cloudy, dreary day here today. Jonathan and I just finished up our paper route and my legs are feeling a bit numb from the chill...this is the first paper route day that we've needed jackets...not bad for mid November.
I spent this dreary afternoon working on some fun goodies for my Etsy shop....a new somethin'-somethin' called Pocket O' Tags. I'm loving tags lately...they can be used for so many things...and they're so fun to make.
This first little pocket is called Santa's Helper and is filled with a collection of 8 tags, all dressed up for the holidays. The larger tags feature scraps of vintage fabric...the sweetest little santas, candy canes, and holly wreaths.
The pocket is dressed up with some vintage fabric, cut from an old tablecloth...
I used the Papertrey Ink Tag Sale #1 die along with the Limitless Layers 1 3/4" Circle collection to cut the tags. The sentiments on the large tags are stamped with Friendship Jar Holiday Fillers. The small tags are stamped with images from the 2010 Holiday Tag Collection.
Alrighty...off to get the pork chops out of the oven and onto the table...have a great night!

tomorrow is going to be a tag day. lovely and fun

I love all of these, Betsy! I'm wondering which set of classic circles you're using for the centers of the lacey circles? I can't seem to figure out which coordinates with them.

Love your tags, esp. your use of fabric. Do you use any special glue for the fabric?
