Hey there. Just popping in! Things just keep getting a bit crazier around here as time goes by. I'm busy working on my September Papertrey projects and getting ready for our annual fall garage sale...which always seems to turn the house upside down! I've been doing a ton of sorting and cleaning in my craft room and I'll have lots of goodies for sale...so if you're in NW Iowa, you might want to stop by! :-)
It's feeling so good to whittle my paper crafting supplies down a bit. The shelf above my work table is clean and tidy now and stocked with all of my Papertrey dies, felt and twines...the things I reach for the most often when creating. The clutter is gone which feels...oh. so. good. My paper bins are filled with papers I love and will use. My ribbon is resorted and filed by color. I can actually flip through my sticker file. Life is good.
As soon as we finish up some other projects around here (aka the KITCHEN!!), which I'm happy to report is pretty much finished except for one or two tiny details (yay!!)...my husband is going to build some new counters for my craft room. Right now I have a hodge-podge of furniture and it's just not working out so well. My room is tiny and I need to make better use of the space I have. I'm so excited to work on it!
But, anyways....have you been over to Nichole's blog recently? She's got a fun CHA wrap up post with tons of photos from the show. And she has some awesome prize packages to give away! She's giving away some things from the show, including the kites that the DT created to decorate the booth. You have until Wednesday at midnight to leave a comment on her blog to win one of the prizes! Her post made me realize that I've never shared mine here. So, here it is!
I really embraced the cloud, sunshine and rainbow theme and went all out with colors and details. It was fun to create!
And then that also made me realize that I've never shared my card made with the exclusive CHA set, 4 of a Kind. So here is that as well!
And since the set is called 4 of a Kind, I couldn't resist using all four of the little flower designs as the focal point for my card.
Well, I hope you have a fabulous Tuesday that feels like Monday...which is great, because as soon as you realize it's Tuesday and not Monday, the day is instantly better becuase you're one day closer to the weekend than you thought! :-) I'm off to sort, and stamp, and sort some more.

Both these projects are gorgeous. You are such an inspiration! I love looking at your creations! I have made kites before with seperate panels, but this one is so bright and cheery and beautifully decorated! I love the smile card as well!

Beautiful! I think I may make up some kites or something like it to decorate my studio! How fun would that be? Kites and the saying - Let your dreams take flight? Or Butterflys? Oh, now you have me thinking...
