Hello there. Sorry to run off on you all. I've been having a bit of a time catching up after all my play work last week. The kiddos want to play, the weather is gorgeous and there's all sorts of fallish things to do. That makes for a busy life, don't ya think? Fall is here...we had our first frost last night after the most gorgeous crisp and chilly evening...when it felt wonderful to come back into our warm house after playing outside. Fall is definitely my favorite.
I have a winner for those Just Rite stamps today...I didn't forget about you all! Congrats to Lynn Randolph....
Love your cards!!! Thanks for the chance to win.
Lynn - e-mail your address to me using the link on the left and I will send out your stamps!
In other news, whatchya got up for World Card Making Day? Got your plans going? I'm excited to join the gals over at Scrapbook Your Life in Sioux City, IA for the day. They've got a card contest going on, classes, make-n-takes....it's gonna be fun, fun fun. If you're in the area, be sure to contact them for a spot for the class....sounds like they're almost full, so you might want to do it soon.
And speaking of classes, I've got a new Cricut class scheduled for October at A Walk Down Memory Lane. All about using fabric with your Cricut. We're going to make a dishtowel with matching gift box and enclosure card. You'll get lots of tips and ideas not just for fabric projects, but for incorporating fabric into your paper projects....'cuz we all know that's hot, hot, hot right now! Here is the simple ensemble we'll be making...perfect for the upcoming holiday gift-giving season....
The card is very simple, with the focus being on the pretty layered fabric flower...
If you're interested in joining me, contact Lisa through her site (link above) or feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Now for a few CPS cards. We were sponsored by Inky Antics this week and I had a great time using their adorable stamps...
And one more, using my all-time favorite and most used color combo...pink, red and blue...
These and a few others are going up in my Etsy shop in just a few minutes!
Well, goodness...looks like I had a lot to say today. If you're still with me I applaud you. :-)
Take care and happy Tuesday!

Your cards always make me smile :-)
